Export your data
Open Me → Settings → Export my data. Clxrity creates a JSON backup containing the information in your record.
Keep the file somewhere private.
Delete your account
Open Me → Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes the account and its cloud record.

How do I use the same account on iPhone and the web?
Sign in with the same method and account on both. Email-and-password users should use the same email address. Google and Apple users should choose the same provider identity they used when creating the account. After sign-in, Clxrity loads the record stored for that account.
My latest changes are not showing on another device. What should I do?
Make sure both devices are online and signed into the same account. Leave the device with the newest changes open for a moment, then refresh the web app or reopen Clxrity on the other device. If the records still differ, avoid editing both copies and email Support with the device names and the approximate time of your last change.
Why does my GPA look different from my school's portal?
Schools may use different weighting, credit, rounding, and course-repeat rules. Check each course's credit value, level, grade format, and status in Clxrity. Treat Clxrity's GPA as a planning estimate and use your official transcript or school portal for the authoritative number.
How does schedule import work?
In the web app, open Classes → Import your schedule. Pasted text or spreadsheet rows are parsed locally in your browser. If photo/PDF import is available and you choose it, the selected file is sent for AI-assisted extraction. Review every class, day, and time before pressing Add.
Why do I not see the photo or PDF schedule option?
The photo/PDF importer is an optional web feature and may be unavailable while it is not configured or during a service interruption. You can always paste schedule text, CSV rows, or spreadsheet cells into the local importer instead.
How do deadline and event notifications work?
On iPhone, Clxrity schedules reminders locally on the device. Confirm that alerts are enabled in both Clxrity → Me → Settings and iPhone Settings → Notifications → Clxrity. The web app does not currently send browser push notifications.
What is the difference between “Erase everything” and “Delete account”?
Erase everything clears the student record while leaving the login available. Delete account permanently removes the account and associated cloud record. On iPhone, local-only users can use Erase everything to wipe the data stored on that device.
How do I change my name, handle, avatar, or password?
Open Me → Settings → Account. You can edit your name and handle, customize your avatar, and — for email-and-password accounts — change your password. Google or Apple account credentials are managed with that provider.
Can Clxrity recover something I deleted?
Clxrity does not provide an undo or restore service for permanently deleted records or accounts. Export a backup before a major reset. If you only removed the app without deleting your signed-in account, reinstalling and signing back into the same account may restore the cloud record.
How should I report a bug?
Email support@clxrity.app with:
- iPhone model and iOS version, or browser and operating system;
- the Clxrity screen you were using;
- the steps that reproduce the problem; and
- a screenshot if useful, with grades, names, email addresses, and other private information hidden.
